We carry out an average of 3,000 service calls a year, including 350 on-call interventions (public holidays, weekends, night calls). These are handled by our own team of 6 specialized technicians, whose knowledge is continually kept up to date. We offer all our clients, for all installations, a fully customizable maintenance contract with no long-term commitment. We recommend it for three reasons:

• Prevent breakdowns and malfunctions.
• Ensure expected performance: temperature, humidity, air quality, energy savings…

The principle is simple: once a year, one of our refrigeration technicians visits your site. They inspect, clean and fully disinfect your installations, and check all safety and control functions. For refrigeration installations, they check the refrigerant charge and confirm the refrigeration circuit is leak-tight.
